Female massage therapist
A female massage therapist, in a room where you feel completely covered.
Welliyah connects you with verified female massage therapists for women-only sessions — at a studio, a clinic, or in your own home. Your coverage, hair covering and privacy preferences are agreed before your therapist arrives, so nothing needs explaining on the day.

Why women book a female massage therapist
For many women, a male therapist is simply not an option — and "we might have a lady available" is not good enough. Welliyah removes that uncertainty. Massage supports wellbeing alongside, never instead of, medical care.
Tension that never fully leaves
Shoulders, neck and lower back carry the weight of carrying children, long shifts, and hours at a screen. Remedial and deep-tissue work targets exactly where it holds.
Stress, sleep and nervous-system reset
An hour of uninterrupted, unhurried touch in a private room is one of the fastest ways to shift the body out of alert mode — most women report their deepest sleep that night.
Pregnancy and postnatal care
Positioning, pressure and timing adapted to your stage, with attention to feeding posture, hip and lower-back strain, and the exhaustion of broken sleep.
Cycle-aware, modesty-aware
Sessions adjusted around your cycle, your energy and your coverage preferences — no negotiating for dignity in the middle of a treatment.
Our privacy and modesty standards
- Every massage therapist is a verified woman — no male practitioners, ever.
- Private room with a closing door or fully drawn curtain, never an open salon floor.
- You can require a fully female environment for the whole appointment.
- Hair covering respected, with a private hair-coverage area when you want one.
- Only the area being treated is uncovered, and it is re-draped immediately after.
- No photography, no filming and no sharing of your session.
- Prayer time and a clean space available if your slot crosses a prayer window.
- You can adjust pressure, pause, cover up or stop at any point without explaining yourself.

Female massage therapist — common questions
How do I find a female massage therapist near me?
Tell Welliyah what you need in your own words, or browse the massage category to see verified female therapists offering studio, clinic or home visits. Every therapist on Welliyah is a woman, so you never have to ask whether a female practitioner is available.
Is the massage women-only?
Yes. Welliyah lists female therapists only, and you can require a fully female environment — no male staff or family members present during your appointment — in your consent form before booking.
Can I keep my hair covered during a massage?
Yes. Hair covering is one of the preferences you set in the Wellness & Modesty Consent Form. Your therapist works around your covering, and can offer a private hair-coverage area if you prefer to remove it for a scalp or neck treatment.
How much of my body is uncovered during treatment?
Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and it is re-draped as soon as that section is finished. You can ask for extra draping, shorts, or treatment through a towel at any point.
Can a female therapist come to my home?
Many Welliyah therapists offer home visits with their own table, linen and oils, which is often the most private option — especially for mothers, postnatal women, and anyone who does not want to be seen entering a salon.
Do you offer pregnancy and postnatal massage?
Yes. Therapists trained in pregnancy and postnatal massage adapt positioning, pressure and timing to your stage, and many combine it with support for feeding posture and lower-back strain.
What kinds of massage can I book?
Common requests include remedial and deep-tissue work for shoulder, neck and lower-back tension, relaxation massage for stress and sleep, sports and recovery massage, pregnancy and postnatal massage, and cycle-friendly sessions with lighter abdominal work.
Will my session be photographed or shared?
No. No photography, no filming and no sharing of your session — this is a standard on Welliyah, not a request you have to make.
