How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?+

Open the booking from your account, then choose Cancel or Reschedule. If the option isn't available, send us a message below with your booking reference and we'll handle it.

When will I get a refund?+

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

I can't log in to my account — what now?+

Use the ‘Forgot password’ link on the login page. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam, then contact support below with the email on your account.

How do I report an issue with a professional?+

Submit the form below with the date, the professional's name, and a brief description. Our care team reviews every report personally.

Is something broken in the app?+

Tell us the device, browser/app version, and what you were trying to do. Screenshots help — you can email them to support@welliyah.com.

How quickly will I hear back?+
